No Communication, No Joy And Breach of Contract

I went to Real People on the 8th of February 2013 and made arrangements for a consolidation loan to settle my debts, I was given the Initial Amount and was told that i would receive the second assistance amount the second month,
I called the representative who was supposed to assist me and she told me that it would be the in April. I waited until April and not additional fund instead my account is being deducted for the amount of R280.48 cents every month, . the initial amount i received was R2159.68 the contract agreement total for assistance is about R5000 and the grand total for consolidation is around 45 K.
I have only received R2159.68 on the 11nth of Feb and have been waiting since then, I have put on hold and no reply to my emails from their HelpDesk and even not 1 phone call but they are very happy to deduct from my account.
On the 1st of July I called the representative asking for my free Credit report at least until a have this matter replied to and clearly explained to me on the delay or Breach of Contract and received my credit report late that afternoon but she has the Nerve to ask me if i want to sign up for a legal pack?
