Jet messes up once again

On the 17th July 2013 I contacted Jet with regards to the jet club fee which I was charged on my account, I cancelled months ago. I spoke to a consultant and they had agreed to credit me the amount of R450 which was done. Now obviously the credit would go towards my outstanding balance on my account. As per the statement dated 07/07/2013 the total due amount is R588.46 I also made a payment of R150 on the 12/07/2013 if you total the 2 together you would get an amount of R600 which would be the payment for July. It would leave my account in a credit of R11.54. However I am receiving smses and calls asking for payment saying that I still owe R280 for the month of July. This is impossible as I had already made a payment of R600 in July which brings my account to a credit balance. I am so upset with the way Jet has handled my account, My account should be up to date and there must not be any amount outstanding but for August month. This needs to be sorted asap as I will take this matter further this is the second time that Jet or edcon has not done their job correctly. Very mad about this situation. FIX IT
