Rediculous Life insurance plan

I have a loan with real people where i am paying R600 A MONTH FOR LIFE INSURANCE.My loan amount is R30000.00 and the life insurance adds up to a ridiculous amount of R28800
UPON CONTACTING THE HELPDESK ON Friday 12 July 2013 to cancle the life insurance he told me that theres nothing i can do. I requested a copy of my contract but i have to first send a whole lot of documents to them to get assistance from them. Upon asking for a superior no one was available apparently. I am very dissapointed firtsly by the Helpdesk that is not helpfull at all and secondly by a financial institution that is ripping us off. Thjis is serious daylight robery.
