I had a complaint about outsurance who is advertising falsely about the R400 that you get back and was asked to submit my details and within 30 days they will pay out because they couldn't match my current car insurance. To date, no R400 was paid, and they phone you immediately when you log a complaint, but still does nothing about it. Outsurance is just a waste. Stop misleading people.
