Outsurance
R400 payback - so not!!

I phoned Outsurance for a quotation, and they couldn't beat my current insurance. I was sent the link for the R400-payback. I sent them all the relevant information. Mnr Clayborne informed me (14 Dec 2012) that he sent the documentation for approval, and that pay-out takes max 30 days. It is now the 22 Jan 2013, and I have not heard anything from Outsurance. The documentation that I provided was exactly what was required - indicating excesses and premiums. Please stop advertising that you will pay people R400 if you cannot beat their current insurance, because you obviously don't.
