Account Closure Due to Bad Service

I am in the process of closing up all my Standard Bank accounts and would like to go on record stating that due to overall bad service and a meeting with Sean Roberston whom after meeting with me on 20 June regarding my complaint, never came back to me with feedback as agreed. My bond is about to be paid off and all proceeds moved to another account. The first of the discussed deposits with Sean was made into my NEW FNB account this morning. I too have come across 5 friends and work associates in the last month who have all done the same thing. All middle to high income earners whom have taken their business elsewhere due to overall general bad service. Sean did not even review my business proposal before giving me his very in depth opinion on its flaws. A proposal that was consulted on by Professor Sandra Vandermerwe, who's experience and expertise far exceed that of your Branch Manager. I understand that in these hard times unsecured loans are a far greater risk. However, after nearly 20 years of a impeccable credit history it should go on record that your client risk evaluations need serious review. You are loosing the wrong kinds of customers.
