False Advertising

On Monday i did an online query for car insurance and promptly got a call back from an agent. After not being able to match or better my current car insurance premuim i had to ask the agent about the R400 advertised. He said that i did qualify and he would be sending me the link and a sms. After not receiving it, i put a complaint on the Outsurance website. Still no response by Tuesday. So Wednesday I put another complaint. I got a call from David saying that he would forward the link again. But he had also given my his email addy and told me what info he needed from me, also saying that he would call me by 1.30pm that day to confirm if i got the mail. which he never did. There was also a reply from Alet on their site asking me for the relevant docs which I forwarded it to both of them and to date i have had no feedback or correspndence. I do know that they have received my emails as I have the delivery and read report. So to me its a matter of ignore the mail and we wont have to pay the R400!!! Outsurance is advertising falsely and making empty promises.
