I had a few incidents lately with FNB and I am really considering changing banks because the service I been receiving is just beyond poor. The latest one being that I applied for a new credit more than 2 months ago and still not received it, despite asking the courier company to deliver it the branch. No communication whatever so ever relating to this matter. Because of this I am unable to transfer funds from my credit card to my cheque and when I call the contact centre I get transferred from pillar to post. I chose FNB for a reason and if this is the service I am going to receive then you will definitely lose me as a customer.
