I have banked with fnb now for about 10 years and had a credit and cheque card eversince. I am trying to speak to someone in their call centre to reduce the interest on the credit card but no one seem to be able to assist. I have been sent from pillar to post last week not getting any answers. This morning I had to call in AGAIN to get some answers and the lady I spoke to said that I have to cancel my current card and re-apply for another one. That's really great customer service.! If any other banks are reading this please let me know if you are rather interested in another client who you are actually interested in giving good service to.
