Business Banking gone wrong!

Friday 28 June myself and another board member of our NPO went to Standard Bank Somerset Mall to open a new account for our NPO. I had a little 7 week old baby that had to come due to still being breastfed. It took the Mr Mgando 2 hours to open this account for us, but we did not complain but patiently waited for him to complete everything. We made it clear to him that the 2 most important things we want to be able to do is to do internet banking and electronic payments at suppliers. He said if we wanted a card immediately we needed to pay extra to get a debit card, which we did as we wanted to start using our new account by the 1st of July.
The next day I started to create beneficiaries and transferred our money out of my ABSA account to our new STB business account, but as soon as I wanted to make payments early in July I realized that the internet banking limit was R0. That after we spent 2hours in the branch to sign and set up everything!
On the 7th of July I was wanting to do an electronic payment at Pick 'n Pay with the card supplied, but the transaction was not allowed! Despite having more than enough funds.
The 2 most NB things we needed and wanted was not done!
