Still waiting for my refund

Its been over a week now since i have been waiting for MFC to reimburse me the money they took along with my car istalment on the 26th June 2013, I am being inconvinienced as this is money that i had not budgeted for.

Why are we so quick to debit yet take ages to refund? This is really inconviniencing me...
