Cant do Maths!!! Don't help Clients

I pay my bond two weeks in advance. I have been fighting for over a month to prove this - in the interim I have been called non-stop, sms'd and abused for being two weeks late. I can access my bond since inception but Standard Bank Homeloan's can't when I contact them. They say they will phone back - they don't. I go to the branch but nobody can help - Homeloan's can be called only, no walk in centre - they don't call back - they just punish you, and not even the Manager of Homeloan's can call back. There is NO such thing as an Esculation for Homeloan's - I just can't speak to somebody with a brain!!!
I also applied for a second bond but got declined for a Judgement even though I gave proof - asked for an appointment with my branch to have it Esculated - can't get one!!!
PATHETIC!!!
