The head of department Contact Centre,
I changed my employer and had to change my debit order dates, then contacted RCS to amend my debit order date. Unfortunately the date as per my instruction was never loaded on their system as a result the debit order did not go through on the 31 December 2012 as agreed.
My account was then in arrears and started getting sms from RCS that I must pay ASAP. The friendly consultant Robert assisted me, but unfortunately did not indicate that I will not be able to make purchases although the fault was from their side. Then another friendly consultant named Unathi assisted me to clear the message that was showing at the game store at Vosloorus Chris Hani, but she explained that I will not be able to make purchases till Tuesday 22 Jan 2013. Sad I left the store. Monday 21 Jan 2012 debt collection contacted me that the account is in arrears. Heeew!!
I called the service centre and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Doneeque, he was sent from the time he took my call he LISTENED, EXPLAINED, and GUIDED me liked I was the only customer of RCS. We lost connection he then called me back. I waive my flag of excellence to him... Keep being YOU!!
