Lack of interest to solve clients problems

The end of last year I experienced financial problems and went to my local branch to discuss it with them. A note was placed on the system to the extend. I then received daily calls in which I had to explain to anonymous call centre personnel as to what my financial situation is, they see NO note on the system. This was taken up with the bank, local who say they must see the note and a written complaint as to all these explanations to people I don't even know, but still no improvement. Next lawyers contacted me and told me this was now handed over to them and if I don't comply with their demands a summons will be issued. I went and spoke to the manageress who requested everything in writing including all previous correspondence pertaining this matter to send for investigation by the bank. This was done (18/05/2013) and to date NO feedback from Standard Bank. Monday I enquired again as to any response but mum is the word once again to date.
