A few weeks ago Dial Direct failed to correct or respond to their administration error and as a result a request for cancellation was made in order to move to Auto and General to ensure continued, viable cover. I received a call from Dorothy from Telesure who advised that they'll rectify the matter and that it may require some time due to the various administrative elements between the 2 Insurance companies involved as a result of the cancellation and subsequent application. The Telesure Service Assurance members explained each step of the process and arranged the correction of each incorrect transaction. They even managed to arrange for me to remain on the previous policy and that it will be corrected and reinstated accordingly. If only all companies could deliver such a calibre of ownership and professionalism. Thank you for adopting the matter and cleaning up Dial Direct's mess. Deeply appreciate the sincerity and courtesy to obtain an effective resolution.
