Debit order goes off without my knowledge

I been paying my makro account each month, little did i know i had a debit order running also. So i end up paying twice a month. I ask for the debit order to be cancelled as i prefer paying an amount i choose (i always pay more than i should) and i asked for the money to be sent back to me. The lady that emails me is taking her sweet time, yet i need the money as it wasnt on my budget like i had worked out as i had no knowledge of the debit order. She emails me now at 4:30 on a friday afternoon, so i respond. I get a message back saying shes on leave until the 17th july. It is my money and you should put it back as im the customer supporting your company each month. I find it pathetic that there is no urgency to help the consumer. Things have happened now i need the extra cash to help my father and i have to wait till you people decide to help. Its not how a company should go about business.
