I was at Capitec bank to apply for credit when I check on their system for my bereau info there was revolving loan for Std bank which was paid off around 2008, I didn't qualify due to that std bank credit, I was sent to std bank to get a paid up letter. Std bank service is very poor 1st I waited too long at enquiries, there was 1 person assisting a very long queue the person who assisted me was incompetent he told me I have to pay R15 for every page of my statement which have to be ordered and he dont know how long it wil take, I asked him whose responsibility is it to remove that info said its mine. My concern is that if I'm the one listed that info I should not be worried and I won't even hesitate to remove it hence it's on my profile I asked to see Manager he said there is no one in charge. Std bank should hire people who are able to assist
