Do you even know what you doing

Every month this is my matra with capitec, every month a problem, an email, a call. There's not a month that goes by that I don't have to contact this bank. If they not listing me for not paying my loans which is paid every month, they say I owe them money on the multi loans. If they not off line while people is standing in line, forever out of service month end or the atm's run out of money. Whoever said they can give you a loan within minutes just need to sit there for hours and then see how long it really takes for them to approve loan.
So I have a multi loan with capitec that was paid 24th, go to the bank on Saturday to draw some money, just to get a zero balance, contact call centre, guess what? they don't know why, said I should visit the branch. Guess what? they also don't know why but get this Capitec is doing a credit check on you every month and maybe your info changed during the month. Yes I know, sound as stupid as it is. So I have to get a 3 month bank statement, pay slip and whatever else so they can reactivate??? You get your payment without fail every month, what else do you need to check, even though next review is 15/10 . Utterly Disgusted with this bank...
