Can't beat my current premium

Mikayla the senior advisor of outsurance phoned me to offer me a better deal in terms of car and house insurance, half way through the process she immediately told me she can't beat the quote and is what she believe misrepresentation from my current insurance that I pay so little premium. I then asked her "does that mean I'm going to get the R400" which outsurance is so famous for and advertise almost everywhere she then said that I am not in titled for that R400 because she phoned me inbound and I did not phone them...
