Tricking and misleading

I called Debt busters just to find out how it works and all. I was told that with the amount of debt I have it will be less than 3 years or exactly 3 years to settle. I asked the guy if he is sure and he assured me that its definitely going to be that period. The 1st payment from my side went through last month and yesterday I received a final draft for the proposal and to my surprise it came back saying 6 years. I just cannot pay for that long because if I was not misled to join I was gonna finish paying my debts in 2017. I cannot afford to be blacklisted until 2019 and I spoke to the guy who is handling my account and he is telling me about the cancellation fees of a certain amount. This is really annoying because you cannot just mislead people and except them to pay a high amount because of something done by your staff. I am willing to take this to court if I have to, Please assist urgently.
