Not paying my debts

I am under debt review with Debt busters/Hyphen. Each month I pay them a huge sum of my salary to pay off my debt. However, I have received letters and now a summons from Standard Bank saying they never received my bond repayments for about 5 months??!!! I contacted Debt Busters for proof of payment which I need to show Standard Bank, a week ago. Still no response. What is happening with my monies? I am very disappointed in Debt Busters and Hyphen and I am in deep trouble with my bond repayments because of them. I spoke to Bianca on two occasions who promised me she will send the proof of payments via email to me.
