Badgered by Unwanted Sales Calls

I keep getting badgered by calls from an entity called Quality Assessment where a recorded voice asks me if I want to buy short term insurance. I don't recall giving Budget my contact details or permission to contact me, I don't have the time to entertain these unwelcome intrusions in my work day and want all records of my personal details that Budget or Quality Assessment have of me to be deleted from all of their systems and to receive confirmation from them once this has been done. Their blatant disregard for recent legislation regarding consumer rights and pending legislation around the protection of personal information is disturbing and I would therefore be extremely cautious of doing business with an organisation with such low regard for good governance and being a good corporate citizen.
