I was not happy about the new charges effective on my current insurance and already searched elsewhere for comprehensive insurance covering me for the same benefits yet much more cost effective to me! Well I was very pleasantly surprized with the true shock in the gentleman's voice when I phoned Virgin to cancel my policy, he couldn't believe I wanted to cancel...
What an incredible, service orientated gentleman!! He has the knowledge, personality, CUSTOMER CARE abilities that ANY COMPANY CAN BE VERY PROUD OF calling: "NOW THAT IS MY EMPLOYEE"!!!
He walked the extra mile for his company, trying his upmost best to assist me in bettering my negative feeling towards spending money although my new policy could not be beaten - Faizel... you NEARLY convinced me!
