Nedbank The Glen, how many ways can I thank you??? I had the most wonderful experience at your bank on Saturday August 17th. My 92 year old grandmother had battled to get her new bank card from another branch and once we came running to your branch, in a matter of minutes you had sorted us out. To this day, I am still battling to find the words to express my gratitude to you. From the lady who answered the phone when I called, the consultant who helped us, the security guard who helped us at the door BUT the AMAZING and informative manager who gave us solutions for EVERY single query we could have had. I am humbled by the hospitality of the staff at that amazing bank and hope they are recognized for their great customer service. After another branch had really turned me off Nedbank in its entirety, The Glen made everything better... Sincerely, THANK YOU! I wish you all success in everything you do.
