Very bad services - AA Park Meadow

To whom it may concern,

I would like to advise you that my mother, Mrs Anderson, has been to your AA Park Meadow branch 3 times to get her AA Membership card - and they have told her that they were off line on all 3 occasions and said they will send it to her - this has been around 3- 4 weeks ago and she hasn't heard or received anything!!!
She has been a member for many years and this service is disgraceful!

Can you please look into this ASAP.
