Outsurance
Horrible assessment location!

Somebody crashed into our car yesterday. Outsurance took our car to their assessment location at CHAMDOR. When we saw the place today we were horrified. The place was covered in dust and looked more like scrapyard! When we eventually found our car, the window was open and the car inside was full of dust. We closed the window. The car was sqeezed in next to another car and it is a miracle that it was not damaged on that side as well! I wish that Outsurance would realise that the type of suppliers they are using will result in them losing clients.
