Amount taken from my bank account each month

For some time now i have seen an item go off on my bank account each montho of R54 with the narration as telesure. I dont know the company and therefore feel that they are illegally deducting this amount from my bank account each month. I want them to stop doing this as i feel robbed of my money. I also want them to call me and explain who they are and why they have been deducting this amount from my bank account each month without me knowing.
