Very unhappy and totally dissatisfied

After I requested a rescheduling on my loan account, informing them per written letter that I cannot afford to pay the loan amount because of certain reasons, it was approved on 23/5/2013 but by the end of that month the rescheduling amount, plus the original instalment was still deducted. I've made numerous calls to get african bank to stop this, even went to my bank for to do reversals. I'm still not satisfied. I'm being told my account will get added interested because of this and I feel that it was African Banks priority to make sure that my account be handled in the most professional way. For 3 months after the rescheduling has been approved they are still deducting the rescheduling amount as well as the original amount. I never get to speak to a manager or a superior, because they are always in meetings. Now I'm listed as a high risk with African Bank as the result.
