I have a service plan with Liquid Capital terms are 36 months / 75 000km whichever comes first. As my km is more than 75 000km I called in to query why they were still taking a premium. The agent Inocentia very irritated explained that the amount I have paid to date did not cover the amount of services I had on my car. I requested a breakdown of what I have paid to date and a balance of what I still need to pay. In a very irritated manner she told me to add the premium x36months, this annoyed me and I told her that surely they have a system in place that can give me the details that I'm requesting. She told me to hold on and proceded to keep me on hold for more than half an hour! I eventually cut the call. I cannot believe that this company practises such shabby TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) I will not be using them in future. I would appreciate management getting back to me, and someone need's to pull the call I had with Inocentia on the 03/07/2013 from 1.30pm to 2.13pm.
