Is anyone at Creditworx ever going to return calls

I have 3 garnishee orders coming off my salary monthly, since 2010. I have tried to get a balance from Creditworx for two weeks now, leaving my name and contact number everyday. To date nobody as bothered to return my call.

What am I to do next???
