I am utterly disgusted at RCS and the way they money. November last year funds was taken from my account. After calling i was told please fax a affidavit and signatures. It was like no surprise. The service i received since was the worst ever. I then called to settle and close the account as no one wants to deal with. This was all done in June. To my surprise, actually its no surprise at all. i receive an sms at work that the account was used in pinetown as per your consultant and i stay in JHB. I am then told to send documentation. Hahahahahahaha. RCS is money. What i want is a letter typed out via email from Schalk van der Merwe confirming the closure of this account. If this is not done within 48 hours, it will be taken up via media, ombudsman. You are actually your own money. This is beyond embarrassing. I will wait for my email or collect damages. Good luck and stop dealing. RCS is damaging this countyry
