ABSA did it again, please help me this banking is really getting the best part of me. On Saturday the 2nd Of November 2013 I went in to ABSA Pinetown to transfer money to my mom and husband as I live in Durban but I'm from Pretoria. When I spoke to 1 of the ABSA consultant after all the debit order that took my money from my account a lady from ABSA called me that the only thing I can do is to change my account to an account that doesn't allow debit order and I was happy to hear that and asked that what is the "catch" she said you won't be able to swipe when you shop and I was okay with that. When I got in to the bank I was informed that I have a Money builder account and I can't transfer money, I almost fainted, I have a family that I need to transfer money too every month so why would I have an account that doesn't work for my needs. I requested to speak to the manager (Martin van der Merwe) is the manager I spoke to and asked him to advise me on what to do because this is a wrong account option and I can't have such account. He promised to put back the bank charges and look in to my account, I think Martin was a sent and I thank him for coming me down. HELP PLS
