So I have decided to surrender my policies with Loberty, on the 18th Feb I submit a form to process this and this form was sent to me by the consultant at Liberty and apparently the form is short of one page, i also have to submit proof of bank account which i was never told about. On the 22nd Feb i re-submit only to find out then that i have a form that is one page short. they send a correct one on the 25th of February. And they tell us that their turnaround time is 5 days to process claims, how can that be when they giving us wrong and inadequate information? They have wasted my time as i need to make use of those funds. i find this very disturbing and may it is just a way to stall with our my money. they must get their act together.
