False judgement

Ceiling colapsed due to rain, auto and gereral does not want to approve the claim and insist that it is wear and tare. Been living in my home for 30years and the seperate entretainment area, which was build recently was damaged due to rain, my argument is that my home of 30years does not have wear and tare on the roof, how is it possible for a newer roof to have wear and tare on a specific area and the rest of the roof is still fine. Do your assessor know the diference between damage and wear and tare? I have been with auto and general for years and have only received poor service. Every month I pay my insurance and when the day comes when YOU need to payout, you have all kinds of excuses. You over promise and under deliver!!!
