The option for sending money outside the country doesn't work for passport holders with permits. Only for those with asylums. Also, no loan facilities for passport holders with permits. Hello, I'm banking my money with you people and you cannot give me a loan??? Rather go for Standard Chartered or Ned bank. Why on tv etc yet you cant satisfy every client?
