FAKE PASSPORT TO PURCHASE ON OFFER AT FNB

I am one of those who was issued with an on line passport to purchase which was valid for 90 days subject to PROPERTY EVALUATION as the credit record verification was done prior issuing the pre-approval. I applied for a finance at FNB within 14 of the 90 days and my application was declined as I am a high risk client according to the home loans department. I am a premier banker so I contacted your premier banking officer and SURPRISE: I AM low LOW RISK TO THEM!

Needless to say: how can I be issued with a passport to purchase by the home loans department if I was such a high risk?

After following your complaints processes, I am forced to resort to media and social networks to be listened to by my bank as you have NOT RESPONDED TO THE PASSPORT TO PURCHASE ISSUE FOR 2 WEEKS NOW AFTER A MEETING WITH YOUR ARROGANT BUDDY PETERS.

I am very sad to leave my bank and all the benefits especially the good service I always received from the premier banking suite. Homeloans does not value me at all as your client so my husband and I shall be moving to Nedbank. FNB PLEASE STOP THE MISLEADING ADERVTISEMENT OF YOUR PASSPORT OR CLARIFY WHERE THE MISUNDERSTANDING IS. THE COMPLAINT REF IS QP12953
