Poor Service & lack honesty

Its been over 11 days and no assessments have been done on my vehicle, keep making excuses. You call them no body can give concrete answers, also going back on thier word! They promised to cover my first accident on condition that I dont cancel my policy, i agreed and now they arguing that they said I would pay for additionals- which is so untrue- I feel betrayed! Dissappointed... I acted in good faith and have effectively been betrayed! Trust has been compromised after such a good relationship!
