Mistake of joining FNB

I am unfortunately a new client of FNB. It was a massive mistake moving to FNB and if it wasn't going to cost me so much money I would move to another bank immediately.

So far it has taken almost a month and all the issues that come with moving banks are not sorted out. FNB is doing the bare minimum to try and resolve anything. I am also not receiving any of the benefits that i was hoping to get.

It is to late for me but if you read this then don't join FNB, it will cost more money than you thought and you won't get anything from it. It is costing me more money and I can barely do anything with my accounts.

Maybe they will respond to this complaint because they don't bother to do anything when you try use their normal channels for communication.
