No detailled billing, receipt on someone elses nam

My dad took out a funeral policy 42 years ago, when he passed away the policy was changed to my moms name who passed away on the 22.05.2013. GBA, informed me Avbob has been contracted to deal with GBA funeral policies. Apparently an amount of plus /minus R5300 plus a small policy of R1250, would be paid out. I opted for a cremation, no ceromony, no service and a container with the ashes. The ashes i took personally to the family in JHB. I did however buy a wreath. No detailed account was given except a receipt Brec00880000005371 made out to someone else.By my calculations R6550- R3047= Left over R3503 and i still had to pay in R1797= R5300 (strange the same amount GBA paid out less the policy of R1250. Even if the cremation coffin was R3000, why did we have to pay in. I phoned the mans number on the receipt, and his mom had passed away and he had to pay in R1797. A very strange coincidence that this amount i had to pay in as well. Your advertising on tv leaves doubt in ones mind. Need detailled bill. Been passed from person to person, nobody can explain why i had to pay in. R8347 less R3047=R5300 for what.
