I am currently a A&G policy holder who to date has not had a actual problem with my policy but however they have what is known as a "buddy referral" benefit to the account holders. It promises that R 500 will be paid to you should you refer someone and they take out a policy with A&G HOWEVER unfortunately and disappointingly this is not so in my case. They don't communicate in the "48 hours", they don't reply to you and when they do it is after you have tried contacting them 4 to 5 times prior. It makes you want to take your policy back to the previous insurance company! I am so disappointed in this service. I know its just a added benefit for the policy holder but I mean then shouldn't you follow through on this. I was supposed to have received the money on 17th June after I initially contacted them 18 April, I was told it happens a month after the referred person's 1st premium is received and well well well to date all they asked for was my tax number which they received and nothing else... PATHETIC customer service in that division big time if you ask me and I am so angry that I dread calling A&G because I would probably flip my top with the person speaking. Sermone
