I keep on getting reminders to pay a policy that firstly comes in the name of my deceased father and then my deceased brother. You say the amount of R57.42 is outstanding yet you froze the policy due to DEATH of the holder.

What is going on, you owe me money, not the other way around. The policy was paid for over 6 months since the death of the holder.
