Too busy to return calls, left several msgs

Hello

My tenant have applied for a home loan, with ABSA rosebank, delaing with Mt CLIFF

its been one month, till today we dont have an answer, whether its approved or declined

Person handling this matter is Mr CLiff,

he would never return calls, i must have left several messages

and i have emailed him too, but no replies

I would never deal with ABSA and would not suggests anyone to deal with people who refuse to communicate

very bad service from ABSA staff
