NO HELP AT ALL - POOR SERVICE

I have been banking with Absa for years, and years. After applying for a loan to help consolidate my debt, in more than 1 branch, every time I don't meet the minimum requirement, the staff basically tell you to leave with giving you no reason as to why you were declined.

I have banked with absa for over 10 years, did my car finance through them (R360, 000.00) and paid it all up to date, and now have my papers. They still wont assist me to help consolidate my debt.

I have also tried on many occasions to deal with a personal banker to assist in this matter, I have even left numerous of messages on their website, yet no one is willing to help me. I got one phone call, and when I couldn't chat because I was in a meeting, I got told to check my e-mail and I should contact him back. I have left 3 messages for him to return my call to no avail.

I am truly disappointed in their customer service, and I will now apply at other banks, and the 1st bank to help me and do their best to assist me, is the bank I will move too.
