I would just like to thank the gentleman (didn't catch his name) that worked on Saturday, the 29th of June 2013. I was waiting (for barely a few seconds) for someone to help me to close one of my accounts (opened two in error). He came out of nowhere, introduced himself and said someone will be with me shortly. Two nano-seconds later he came back and took me to one of the offices and the lady help me (also very efficient)
