Budget Insurance
Shockingly bad service

I was stuck on the road this Monday morning. I called in to budget. They told me that a service provider (driver) has been assigned to come pick me. They sent me 4 sms to reassure me and keep me posted. I waited 4 hours and still the driver didnt pitch, my last call to them was answered by a lady who told me that their system was just updated at task completed on my request. Meanwhile i was waiting on the sun not knowing what to do and having them as my last hope. I called them a lot of times until i ran out of battery. I still did not receive any help from budget Insurance and my boss had to come fetch me. My day was ruined and budget failed to deliver as promised.
