Absa bank incompetent fica handling

Absa bank placed my account on lock-down because of fica, without any warning in april 2013. I only realized this on the 27th when I wanted to withdraw money from an atm. After phoning the number on the slip, and holding on for 20 minutes, i was told to take a proof of residence and ID to the branch. Unable to do so on a public holiday or sunday i was left without access to funds for the whole weekend. On the 30th I took the documents to the branch where copies were made and fingerprints and electronic signatures was taken. My account was unlocked but only temporarily. Since 30 april 2013 to this day my account has been placed on lock-down 5 times and the documents had been reproduced at the branch 4 times. Every visit to the branch has taken approximately an hour. My account is currently on lock-down again and i have reached the end of my tether. This complaint will also be sent to every newspaper i know of because of the irritation their incompetence has caused me.
