Cant do online banking and getting no help

I recently registered for online banking.
When i need to do transfer i never recieve my one time pin. this isnt the first time i do not recieve a notifcation from them. When i make a purchase or draw money I never get a mesage stating the transaction happed.
I have been to standard bank and was told its sorted out now, ive phoned then and was told to restar my phone, wich i know wount make a difference and it didnt and sent thm email but never got anything back whatsoever.
I am really dissipointed in Standard Bank and will be changing banks soon
