I have been trying to increase my overdraft for the last few months to the amount that I was originally offered by FNB. Everytime I try I get an automated decline message. I eventually phoned the call centre for them to try and the consultant checked everything and advised that he could not understand the reason for the decline as my credit record was clear and he could not see any other reason why I may be declined. He called his supervisor to double check and the supervisor confirmed the same information. They then advised me to go into any FNB branch and get assistance from a credit manager. I went to the West Street branch in December and was told that all managers were on leave. On 16/01/2013 I went to the Bluff branch and was assisted by Anisha who also could not see what the problem was but said she would give my details to Fallon and get her to call me back as she was not in on that day. I have been waiting patiently and today I tried myself to contact the branch on 0314677951 but this is now answered by an IVR and then ends up with an engaged tone if i press option 1 for general enquiries. They give another number 0875759404 which cuts off everytime I get through to an agen
