My partner was in an accident with one of Unity's clients. The 3rd party claim has been granted, now the battle begins, as I have ask for a courtesy car while my partners car gets repaired. We only have one car to get us around to and from work. After Unity requested a motivational letter, which was sent through, they still refused to give us a courtesy car. It was NOT our fault, but the client of Unity that caused the accident, yet we have struggle to find out way to work, drop a daughter off at school or after care. I really feel that this is unsatisfactory.
