On the date of incident my card was swiped at a clothing store the amount payable did not go through,
it came back as an error report, when swiped for the second time for the amount of R449.90 it was deducted twice from my bank account. on the 31st on June the cashier and i went to the bank to report the incident, copies of the slips where made and absa said they will get back to me in 3 working days. its been almost two weeks and i have no feed back since, in the past week i needed the money for personal use and its been difficult because they have not refunded me

absa shows very poor service delivery and they fail to help their customers.
if we had to owe absa an amount of current they be persistent in obtaining said amount

i dont think absa should mislead people in believing that the customers will be satisfied
